Qualifications:

Degree in Doctor of MedicineDoctor of Medicine License and licensed to practice in the countryAt least three (3) year in practice in hospital or company setting with incorporated experience in emergency care.Must have undergone First Aid, Basic Life Support and Advance Cardiac Life Support and BOSH Training

Role Purpose:

Responsible in delivery and implementation of Occupational Health Program for promoting and maintaining health and well-being of the company workers and ensuring a healthy environment; and guide its implementation through the development and initiation of site programs, procedures, and trainings.This will be achieved initially by implementing occupational health and DOH corporate initiatives and plans with greater emphasis on site specific requirements as time goes on.Management of the site medical functions (Consultation, Treatment, Prevention of Disease especially occupational related diseases, Promoting Healthy Lifestyle and work environment, reporting, training, etc) is a key aspect of this role.                Ensure delivery of quality primary health care & emergency medical services to all FCF and to the community.

Job Description:

Oversee Hospital operation and maintenance.Facilitate Medical evacuation whenever needed & insure with different department needs as required.Formulation & Implementation with wellness program to the employees & the community.Formulation & Implementation of occupation Health program for the employees.Conduct regular Health records review and make necessary recommendation based on review.Conduct & oversee programs & training session pertaining to health and First Aid.Compliance with Company’s Safety Policy and Policies within area of Responsibilities.Develop, administer, and maintain Occupational Health Program for the site.Provide medical check-up (includes annual physical examination), treatment, and care to meet employees medical needs.Attend to emergency cases and provide emergency medical treatmentPrescribe medical treatment and clinical drugs to patientsOrder studies, test, and ancillary servicesDetermine which patients need referrals to the hospitalFacilitate referrals.Lead in promoting healthy lifestyle and healthy work environment in order to prevent diseases and injury in the workplace.Ensure that all applicants that are hired are physically and medically fit.Confirm medical certificates or laboratories of applicants prior hiring by performing physical examinations.Maintain a reporting system.Review regular and annual reports.Review site data (medical statistics, medical reports, procedures etc).Lead on-site health monitoring.Ensure the work environment are free from any form of health hazards.Facilitate on a regular basis the monitoring of long term medical cases that require ongoing medical attention.Lead in the investigation of medical incidents/cases.Manage, mentor, and train the site nurses and health workers.Oversees subordinates.Manage the Dialogue process.Assist in resolution of complaints, request, and inquiries from the workforce.Extend health service to the community and nearby areas by rendering consultations and treatment, and medical missions.Respond to emergency cases at the community and provide emergency medical treatment.Manage, mentor, and train the site nurses and health workersOversees subordinates

FCF Minerals Corporation (FCF) was incorporated in the Philippines and was duly registered with the Philippine SEC on December 3, 2001 to engage in continuing exploration, development and commercial operation of mineral claims with full power and authority to do any and all acts, things, business and activities which are related, incidental or conducive directly or indirectly to the attainment of the foregoing objectives as a mining company. In 2009, the Company converted its exploration permit into a Financial or Technical Assistance Agreement (FTAA) with the Philippine Government. This agreement covers an initial terms of twenty five (25) years and renewable for another twenty five (25) years thereafter. Under the FTAA, the Company was granted the exclusive rights to explore, mine, utilize, process, refine, market, transport, export and dispose of minerals and mineral products and by-products that may be derived or produced from the contract area containing 3,093 hectares located in Barangay Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. The FTAA was registered with the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) on October 28, 2009.
