Manages the day-to-day Gold Room security as per the site procedureMonitors and reports on any security issues in and around the gold room and gravity circuitDevelops and maintains good recording standards for gold-bearing materialsAct in the role of Gold Room Supervisor as required.Ensures that elution and gold recovery activities are completed in a timely mannerMaintains security of the gold room precinct, in accordance with the Gold Security Standard and Gold Room Security Procedures ManualHandles complete processing of the precious metals into gold barsInspects and cleanses the electrowinning equipment regularly and reports any abnormalities detected to his supervisor for appropriate action.Handles preparation and replacement of steel wool cathodes and its reinstallation to electrowinning cells.Ensures that the cathodes and anodes are well-clean and installed correctly in electrowinning cells for efficient electrolysis.Prepares/mixes fluxes required in the smelting process.Operates the Gold Room equipment safely and efficiently per Standard Operating and Company procedures.Report to the Gold Room Supervisor any operational, mechanical, or electrical problems that may affect the circuit's safe working and productivity.Acquires the required sample/s from his area of responsibility in the required time and intervals.Ensures and implements the operating parameters Inform/report immediately to the superior any hazard observed in the area. Operate assigned and authorized circuits when required.Records process readings and make necessary process adjustments/changes when required.Records and maintains orderly operator log sheets.Acquires required sample/s from his area of responsibility in the required time and intervalsAssists during maintenance shutdowns in their respective areas or in the whole plant.Conduct walk-around or regular inspection in the work areas, and report to the Supervisor immediately any actual or potentially unsafe conditions or activities, mishaps, incidents, accidents, injuries, or illnesses in the workplace.

FCF Minerals Corporation (FCF) was incorporated in the Philippines and was duly registered with the Philippine SEC on December 3, 2001 to engage in continuing exploration, development and commercial operation of mineral claims with full power and authority to do any and all acts, things, business and activities which are related, incidental or conducive directly or indirectly to the attainment of the foregoing objectives as a mining company. In 2009, the Company converted its exploration permit into a Financial or Technical Assistance Agreement (FTAA) with the Philippine Government. This agreement covers an initial terms of twenty five (25) years and renewable for another twenty five (25) years thereafter. Under the FTAA, the Company was granted the exclusive rights to explore, mine, utilize, process, refine, market, transport, export and dispose of minerals and mineral products and by-products that may be derived or produced from the contract area containing 3,093 hectares located in Barangay Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. The FTAA was registered with the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) on October 28, 2009.
