Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental PlanningBasic Pollution Control officer Training, PRC Registered/Licensed is advantageAt least 5 Year(s) of working experience in environmental monitoringRole Purpose:Develop, implement, and monitor effective chemical management (CM), hazardous waste management (HWM), and solid waste management (SWM) programs;Investigate the nature and extent of soil, sediment, groundwater, and other media contamination;Implement and monitor environmental initiatives to promote strong stakeholder engagement and create a positive image for the Organization;Assist environmental regulatory agency site visits and audits;Assist PCO on managing the environmental impacts associated with construction, operations, and rehabilitation of the Project by:providing expertise on ensuring compliance to all local environmental regulations, andproviding recommendations to ensure continued effective and efficient operations of Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and Hazardous Waste Facility (HWF);develop plans to prevent, control, or solve environmental problems;Coordinate with other Departments in the implementation of the Organization’s environmental directives;Generate timely reports with accurate data of the Organization’s environmental performance and innovations on chemicals and wastes;Assist in environmental permit applications and permit renewals in relation to chemicals and wastes;Conduct environmental training for employees at all levels;Act the role of Environment Officer for Air, Water, & Ambient during the latter’s field break / out of office;Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

FCF Minerals Corporation (FCF) was incorporated in the Philippines and was duly registered with the Philippine SEC on December 3, 2001 to engage in continuing exploration, development and commercial operation of mineral claims with full power and authority to do any and all acts, things, business and activities which are related, incidental or conducive directly or indirectly to the attainment of the foregoing objectives as a mining company. In 2009, the Company converted its exploration permit into a Financial or Technical Assistance Agreement (FTAA) with the Philippine Government. This agreement covers an initial terms of twenty five (25) years and renewable for another twenty five (25) years thereafter. Under the FTAA, the Company was granted the exclusive rights to explore, mine, utilize, process, refine, market, transport, export and dispose of minerals and mineral products and by-products that may be derived or produced from the contract area containing 3,093 hectares located in Barangay Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. The FTAA was registered with the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) on October 28, 2009.
