Project Development Manager (Townships)

Conducts financial modelling and feasibility of prospective property development projects.Custodian of project financials and be responsible of actualization.Shall set project master schedule for prospective projects.Candidate shall lead a project team composed of members from different functional groups to ensure project schedule and P&L compliance.Shall conduct market feasibility studies if required.Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any Finance, Business, Urban/Town Planning or Design Course.Candidate must have experience in several aspects of property development.Candidate must possess skills in Financial Analysis, Communication Skills, Problem Solving skills, Negotiation skills.
