Logistics Officer (Warehouse)

What's the overall role?

The Logistics Officer shall manage all processes and activities necessary for timely, accurate, cost effective, quality, safe operation and proper utilization of warehouse facilities.

What are the duties and responsibilities?

Participate in and contribute to cross-functional departmental meetings to address issues on stocks availability.  Coordinate directly with various plant personnel regarding daily routine related to warehousing activities. Implement and review compliance to daily cycle count to attain company’s Inventory Record Accuracy targetEnsure proper execution and documentation of issuance of materials to production, supplier and other inter-plant transfer Monitor the condition and availability of all warehouse machineries (e.g., forklift, batteries) Monitor the inventory and availability of all operating materials (i.e., stretch film, sales invoice form, inventory tags).

What are the role requirements?

At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse & DistributionHas basic GMP and safety training/orientationGraduate of Industrial Engineering or any related coursesPreferably with SAP backgroundWilling to work in Mandaue, Cebu
