Logistic Analyst - Mid Shift

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manual Review and validate freight bills against Carrier contract and audit guidelines.Publish audit result in accordance with the release schedule.Perform Audit Data Management to facilitate distribution of invoices to co-auditors and update tracker for progressGenerate Weekly and Monthly Reports for Logistics stakeholders as required

Background / Experience Required:

Related experience is an advantage.Must be knowledgeable in basic ExcelAbility to work with mathematical functionsAble to build and maintain effective working relationship with co-workersAble to participate in discussions and can be appropriately assertive in expressing ideasAdaptable to change and willing to adjust manners to suit the changing situationFollows defined procedure or decision making process in solving a problemActs with the customer in mind, responding in a professional and timely mannerAble to meet performance objectives successfully with a good sense of speedComfortable sharing honest feedback when askedIndustrial Engineering majors are encourage to apply
