Responsibilities:

Providing shipping updates for Outbound shipments to Vertiv North America Sales and CustomersProvide shipping documents Proof of Deliveries, Bill of Ladings, and Packing Slip, for reference and documentation to Vertiv North America Rep and Customers.Return of Goods Authorization Shipments: Setup pickup outside of Portal for North America shipments due to damaged, miss deliveries and others -After Invoice Adjustments: File amounts for Accessorial charges incurred while shipment is in transit, this will serve as additional invoice for Liebert shipments.Freight Claims Database: update Liebert Freight Claims Database for Damaged and Loss Shipments for future usage and reports

Requirements:

Bachelors’ Degree on Logistics, Supply Chain or business related courseAt least 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Supply ChainExperience in Freight Quotation and import / ExportKnowledge in Principles of Customs (Trade Compliance)Experienced with Reporting / Analytics preferredIntermediate knowledge in Excel preferred
