Pre-Booking and Review Unit Head | Operations | SB Finance | Makati

The Role

As Pre-Booking Review and Control Unit Head, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of pre-booking review of documentary requirements for all SB Finance's secured loan products.

How you'll contribute

Validates completeness and accuracy of documentary requirements based on existing policies and guidelinesApproves acceptance of document deficiencies as neededAnswers queries from business units concerning documentary issues/concernsCoordinates with various units for any matters pertaining to documentationProvides effective leadership to the Pre-Booking Review and Control Unit – Secured Loans ensuring target productivity and TAT are met

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Quality Control and ManagementAt least 5 yrs experience in loan documentation review specifically consumer loans – auto, housing, PL,Knowledgeable in Banking/ Lending Operations, Customer Service, and other loan operation processesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailGood People management skillsStrong planning and problem-solving skillsAnalytical and strong organizational skillsGood People management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and external parties
