Qualifications:Candidate must posess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentOther Characteristics: Strong attention to detail ; ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to handle confidential informationExperience: With at least six (6) months relevant work experience requiredDuties and Responsibilities:Accurate and well-organized encoding of data such as but not limited to Material Information Sheet, Vendor Details, Material and Service Catalog, Contract Status and so onValidate the entered data with original documentationOrganize and maintain original paper evidenceEnsures that documents are properly kept in respective storageReproduce, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as neededCapture and maintain all encoded data and recordsPerfrom any other tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phone calls, etc)Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed workAdhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
