Auxiliary and Building Technician

QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of Electrical Engineer and/or Equivalent Engineering Courses (such as Electronics Communication Engineer / Instrumentation Engineer / Computer Engineer) or of any 2 or 4 years courseMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be willing to stay beyond working/shift hours works are duly completed and accomplishedMust be willing to do field work with regular exposure to dirt, noise, heat, sunlight, wind and rain, or any other potential hazardous substances.Good Writing and Communication skillsComputer Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power point)Well experienced in Facilities Operations & MaintenanceExperience in service/maintenance of diagnostic tools and computer operations with a minimum of 3 years on the job application.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains, repairs and inspects electrical and auxiliary of O & M facilities including Power system equipment (ATS/UPS/circuit breakers, etc.), roadway/toll plaza and building lighting, Auxiliaries such as Access Control (ACID), FCMS, CCTV, Intercom, FM200 & FDAS system and other equipment as requestedPrepare reports related to reporting of corrective, preventive and routine maintenance of corporate and operational buildings and facilities.Monitors and inspects all enhancement/replacement projects as specified by under the Department’s scope of workHands on, analyzes equipment troubles and performs corrective as well as planned maintenance and carrying out routine works, and improvements of equipment.Prepares/submits weekly highlights, PM and inspection reports to Facilities Engineering Supervisor/Manager on auxiliary devices maintenance and repairs as required in proceduresInteracts with sub-contractor’s team leader regarding special/specified electrical/auxiliary preventive maintenance activitiesHandle monitoring, inventory of all test instruments, tools for engineers, technicians & laboratory use. Also, ensure housekeeping on service vehicles and areas under AOR
