YOUR ROLESupport Adhesive Customer Engagement (ACE) quoting in China; support different locations in Asia PacificSupport user management in ACEHandle issues based on available documentationCoordinate resolution of issues (e.g., send to relevant stakeholders)End-user communication for release managementYOUR SKILLSBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration / Management, Computer Science, or any related courseMinimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in pricing, finance, and reporting; Background in pricing tools, CRM, and SAP is preferredIntermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); Knowledge in Power BI and analytical skills are highly preferredExcellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills
