EMAPTA is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Lead Generation) to join its pioneer team in Baguio City!
Our client is Lead Generations company based in Texas, USA. They are the leading client capture system for coaches and consultants.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
As the Lead Generator, you'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and nurturing new results in support the team. This individual is going to be self-motivated, proactive to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.You shall be responsible for:
Reaching out to prospects through different channels to qualify leadsNavigating through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position company as a compelling solutionGenerate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunitiesMaintain and update an accurate log of activityConvey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the team to help refine sales communicationsPerform other duties as assignedYou should have/be:
A Bachelor’s Degree or, have completed 2 years in college or a 2-year degree technical /vocational courseAt least 2 years previous experience and/or verifiable related education/training is requiredExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Proficiency in using linkedIn and FacebookAble to create and nurture sales opportunities through emailDrive and resourcefulness in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential leadsFamiliarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and toolsStrong analytic skills, with attention to detailGENUINE CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH GREAT BENEFITS AWAITS!
