Hotel Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Maximize room revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisDevelop and continually enhance relationships with key corporate, government, and association accounts Conducts continuous research on potential accounts, giving priority to property’s current database and immediate base of possible clientsDevelop new business by saturation of existing accounts and targeting new clientsManage inquiry calls and walk-in site inspectionsParticipates and spearheads sales blitzes and hotel hosted functionsJoins exhibits and trade shows in and out of the Metro to represent the propertyRepresents the hotel in different meetings, trade professional associations, and social events as neededWorks for the achievement of all sales goals

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills both oral and writtenUnderstanding of ad sales marketplace with industry contactsKnowledge in Mandarin and Fukien is an advantage
