Our client partner has a team of physicians and nurse practitioners dedicated to providing the highest quality in care in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and in the comfort of a person’s home. Through their various managed care services, they provide effective specialized care in the Orlando and Central Florida area. From direct patient care for the chronically ill, to transitional care programs from hospital to home.

The role is an entry level position and will assist with the initial “intake” of a patient to the practice.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls from potential patients to explain our services and how we can contribute to their overall care as PCP or for Transitional Care until they are able to see their PCPCreate charts in an EMR system (Practice Fusion) with attention to detail for data entryLocate and upload medical records into the patient’s chartSchedule initial appointmentsCommunicate effectively internally with team members and externally with partnered companiesdocument all incoming referrals on the excel spreadsheet. Prior knowledge of MS Office programs is essentialNavigate and multitask multiple web-based programs (Outlook, Epic Care link, Practice Fusion etc...)Attend meetings as neededAssist with any other tasks your direct manager assignsWhat’s in store for you:
