DAYSHIFT - Customer Service Officer (Voice)

Providing customer service support through inbound callsHandling problems to establish complaint resolutions, standards, and processes 

Your qualifications and experiences should be:

Graduate of a four or five-year course / Bachelor's Degree HolderCandidates with six months experience as a Customer Service Officer in a Contact Center / Call Center have an advantageHas excellent communication skills

You must be willing to work onsite in San Juan (right across Greenhills Shopping Center)
