Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

At least 5 years of experience in email marketing or email automation

At least 3 years of people management

Must have project management, performance management, stakeholder management experience

Must be familiar in using email automation tool such as Eloqua (preferred), Pardot, Mailchimp, any other similar tool

Job Summary

The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing, mentoring and developing a pool of talented Campaign Associates supporting various RX business units. The role will involve planning, organizing and managing of all RX Global’s email campaigns, customer journey, and other related communications to customers. and will be accountable in ensuring quality and timely output are provided to various RX teams.
