Research Analyst (WFH)

Job Summary:

The Market Research Analyst shall be responsible for relevant, accurate, and timely gathering, processing, and analysis of data and information from accredited real estate consultancies, government agencies, competitor press releases, and other credible networks. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct regular macro and micro environment overviews of the real estate industry.Collect primary and secondary data for data presentation and analysis.Coordinate with the different stakeholders who require market and industry research.Establish relations with external units such as government and private institutions and facilitate data collection for research studies that may be required by Management.Help in creating study designs in data gathering and data analysis.Present the collected data in an easy-to-understand manner to Senior Management.Perform other task that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Proficient in MS Office; knows how to use Google Earth ProCritical thinker, keen to details, and has good communication skillsFull-Time position(s) available.
