Operations Specialist (Fresh Graduate)

The Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will coordinate with various government agencies in order to secure documentary requirements for the various administrative functions required for the Bank complaint with standard regulatory policies and regulations.

How you'll contribute

Handles and facilities the timely validation and completion of requirements to complete government requirements that will enable the bank to register mortgages as needed by the corporate banking group.Monitors, updates, cancels, and completes all yearly regulatory requirements for all permits and licenses due for renewal or cancellation in a timely fashion.Coordinates and handles the requisite documentation support for consolidation, petty cash management, registration, renewals, etc. to promote, maintain, and properly endorse official copies of the delivered documentary requirements of the Bank.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Banking, or any related fieldKnowledgeable in lending products and operationsMust be familiar with different areas/ locations nationwide.Decisive and effective negotiation skills.Ability to communicate with different types of people.Must have a good analytical ability, proactive, and possesses a continuous improvement mindset
