Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in the Sales/Marketing related fieldBackground in customer relationship building is preferredAccount management experience is a big plusPeople Oriented, highly driven, and possess a must-win attitude Technology & Communication savvy.Must have 1,2,3 licenseDuties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for strategic relationship building and managing customers as per company guidelines, procedures, and policies to increase sales, profitability, and market share.Acts as the Company’s point of contact to assigned accounts. Communicates changes and identify partnership opportunities with clear business outcomes.Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth planAchieve sales target set for total accounts handled
