Job Description

● Ideates, creates, and designs the overall structure of learning for KodeGo students

● Develops curricula, projects, and teaching methods for bootcamps across several different disciplines (Web Development, Data Science, etc);

● Develops programs, policies and projects that ensure that KodeGo teachers are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices within their assigned areas of specialization;

● Continuously monitors and assesses the state of the KodeGo curriculum and learning objectives to determine the quality and employability of KodeGo graduates;

● Champions and builds the overall KodeGo brand to clients/employers as a partner in providing with high-quality talent, and to prospecting and current students as a credible and highly trusted institution of learning and achieving career excellence

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree holder of educational, learning development, business or related fields;

● Between 5-7 years of experience in teaching and learning development, with experience in technical-related coding fields a plus;

● Experience in building teams and fostering talent; knows how to set and maintain a culture of learning, competence, and purpose;

● Experience in curriculum development for a t teaching and learningd organization;

● Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino);

● Logical, accurate and detail-oriented with great organizational and leadership abilities

As a Program Director, your goal is to provide a high-quality learning experience for our students and/or trainees in order to improve their skills, knowledge, and accelerate their career in the marketplace.
