Prepares request for payment (RFP)Prepares EWT forms for service providersAssist in routing of checks to authorize signatoriesFacilitates releasing and monitoring of signed checksPrepares monitoring of released and unreleased checksAdministers and processes all Petty Cash transactions and ensure timely replenishmentPrepares and ensures timely cash advance liquidationAssist in preparation and payment of monthly remittance to BIR like EWT, VAT, Annual Registration fee and ITRPrepares and updates of Books of account (Manual/Loose-leaf)Ensure proper filing of used BIR accountable forms (Statement of account (SOA),Official Receipt (OR),Acknowledgement receipt (AR) and provisional receipt (PR) )

Job Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor's DegreeWith at least 1-2 years experience with the same roleWilling to work from Mon-SatWilling to work from Bgc, Taguig City

Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
