Sr. Executive Security and Safety | Iloilo

• Responsible in monitoring the safety and security operations of the company.

• Implements safety & security policies, regulations, rules, and norms.

• Ensures that the environment is safe and secure for employees and visitors.

• Keeps track of different events.

• Assists the BCP team in drills and in actual emergencies.

• Conducts orientation on Emergency Response Awareness and Procedure.

• Maintains good relationship with the local law enforcement agencies.

• Ensures compliance to the rules, regulations, standards and requirements of the company, clients and government.

• Ensures proper security and safety measures are in place.

• Ensures that security personnel are trained in security and safety policies.

• Ensures that security support is provided to company events and client visits.

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in Security and Safety, Preferrably with experience in BPO industry, Strong ethical values, Practicing Industrial Security Professional (CSP an advantage), BOSH qualified, Working knowledge on CCTV and ACS operations, Proficient in written and verbal communications, Team player and good interpersonal skills, Good customer service skills
