TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Civil EngineeringOpen for licensed/non-licensedWith at least two (2) to five (5) years work experience in related fieldLaboratory testing skillsProduct technical know howPresentation skillsComputer literate

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients.Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.Attends technical training and performs actual product application workshops and demonstration.Cleans and maintains tools and test equipment in proper working order; maintains good housekeeping in his area of responsibility to ensure safety.Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.Adheres to the SPI established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.Ensures that the Quality and Environmental Management System is understood.Ensures that all operating standards are adheres at all times.Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
