SALES SPECIALIST - RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Civil Engineering or ArchitectureOpen for licensed/non-licensed Civil EngineerWith at least five (5) years experience in building product sales.Technical selling experience and driving skills is requiredPossess a strong people skills, excellent communication andnegotiation skills.Strong knowledge of market trends and conditions.Ability to set strategies for introduction of new products.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Maximize effort in developing new accounts for Sales through product presentations/demonstration and seminar to clients.Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.Updates with existing and upcoming projects, analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.4. Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at right time and quantity by attending customer inquiries/complaints/problems.6. Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.Ensures that the Quality and Environmental Management System is understood.Ensures that all operating standards are adheres at all times.Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
