Regional Sales Director - Mindanao

Job Summary:

Responsible in overseeing Mindanao regional sales activities, ensuring growth in revenue, and in charge of improving business sustainability through retention programs & productivity management;Thorough understanding of FWD’s policies and procedures will be necessary to ensure timely and accurate management of sales campaigns and business management plans for the region. 

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain and establish good relationship with the bank partners in the regional level to generate and increase more salesShould have a deep understanding of all life insurance aspects which includes but is not limited to the complete product line, markets and value proposition and the ability to develop strong bank and customer relationships;Conducts pocket briefings and trainings for the team members

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years solid managerial sales experience from Insurance industryExcellent communication skillsAble to motivate, inspire and lead a team to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs.Relationship management at middle and senior levels.Able to coach, train and develop both individuals and teams to improve their performance.Excellent communication and influencing skills at middle to senior levels in an organization,Excellent planning and execution of initiativesStrong problem solving and decision making skills
