BMS Commissioning Engineer

Responsible to converting the BMS Functional specifications from the client into an operational system.Prepare constant reporting and weekly progress accomplishment work for review of his manager.Reading and understanding mechanical/electrical/plumber etc. plans and wiring diagramsWork on construction sites and follow required safety measuresControl and monitor the progress and quality control for project implementationIn charge of the following project phase:PLC/DDC programmingBMS software design, implementation, test for the followingapplication:Server/Workstation preparationDatabaseGUIDiverse application required by the project….Testing & Commissioning (including troubleshooting).Training/turn-over.Demonstration / Acceptance.In charge of preparation of submittals

Qualifications

Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree or related field 3 to 5 years’ experience in related fieldsProficient in MS Office SuiteSelf-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, flexible,multi-task and meet deadlines
