Operations & Maintenance Manager

Handles all the work related to his/her assigned maintenance project(s) and ensures that they are executed in accordance with client’s specifications.Ensures all KPI’s related to fuel, PM, CM, NOC, Spares & Consumables are achieved as per O&M contract.Inspects the quality of the equipment and undertakes site inspection to determine if they are complying with government regulations, client requirements and industry standards.Coordinates with the O&M Supervisor and other concerned staff for analysis, reporting, and improvement plans in accordance with client and SLA requirement.Coaches and develops the O&M Supervisors and teams assigned to him/her.

Qualifications:

Must be bachelor’s degree in electrical, Telecom or IT (Engineering) or related field.Must have 7-10 years in field work or relevant experience (Active & Passive maintenance).With 5 years managerial experience.A Multi-tasker that is well organized and can work well under pressure.A Decision maker that can work independently and is comfortable with handling multiple projects with strict deadlines.
