ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY SPECIALIST

Main aim of job

Establish, develop, implement, maintain and improve EHS system, by generating and updating of new procedure and policies.Execution and monitor implementation of EHS programs and requirements of ZAMA PhilippinesCompliance to all Regulatory and Statutory program and requirements of ZAMA PhilippinesPromote Safety programs, enhance safe workplace and the wellbeing of employeesManages quality data for accuracy and report generation.Appointed Safety Officer of ZAMA Philippines.Window coordinator and processor to external party related to EHS.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of any 4 year courseWith at least 2 year experience as Safety Officer and or Pollution Control OfficerWith at least 2 year experience in ManufacturingDemonstrate Integrity, Team Player, Initiative, Pro-active, Hardworking, Responsible, Disciplined, Self-directed, Task-oriented, Flexible, Less supervisionKnowledgeable on implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 System. (ISO9001 is a plus).Knowledgeable on all levels of regulatory sites, procedures and personalitiesExperienced with pollution reduction controlAttained BOSH and or PCO trainingAttained Republic Act 11058 trainingStrong skills presentation and analytical skills to determine root cause analysisKnowledgeable in process mapping and creation of procedureStrong organization and planning abilities including people coordination and training skillsAble to interface different level of management.Knowledgeable in 7QC Tools, KAIZEN, Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA is a plus.Experienced in EHS auditing is prefer. (QMS is a plus).
