Process Engineering Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:Providing technical support to all projects, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects.Develop and provide support to the harness production and to improve processes that already existConduct Process Capability studySupport in setting up a new projectDevelop cost savings ideasParticipate in improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement, and quality improvementsSupport in QN/ SN closureReport and document process issuesCoordinate with the team at all times, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.Keep work area clean, orderly and safe conditionRequired Qualifications:Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechatronics and other related courses2 years and above experience in Harness industryMinimum 2 years experience in Machine trouble shooting and set-upProficient in using Microsoft Office Able to analyze and evaluate data in order to find ways to improve efficiency and quality.Has a technical capability on wire harness and capable of recommending and assessing manufacturing practices for compliance with standardKnowledgeable on crimping, welding, soldering and assembly of wiring harness.Can conduct cycle time and provide analysis.
