Assembly Expert Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Line installation and release, capability study, Run Rate, Ram-up, ensure the new product safe launch, customer PPAP on time submission.Put together teams necessary to support each project. Complete all documentation associated with any changes and ensure that all vested departments are informed, trained, and agreed with changes.Process documents preparation: Flow Chart, PFMEA, Special Characteristics, Error Proofing list, Layout and WI( Work Instruction).New technology study and introduction to continuously improve the efficiency, quality and costComply and Participate on company-wide awareness, activities, and programs of EHS Lead their team to company IMS Policy.Proactive review of process control data to determine potential risks on the process and product.Validates and measure effectiveness of corrective actions through data analysis and reports

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor in Mechanical/Industrial engineeringBlack belt certification mandatory with good statistical knowledge>10 years manufacturing engineering experience in international company. Preferably with high volume environment and assembly mechanical engineering products.Working abroad for some years is a plusSolid experience in assembly and testingSolid expertise in process developmentAbility to train project teams in principles of Lean/Six Sigma.Ability to communicate results and issues through all levels of the organization.Ability to manage work with limited direction.Committed to agreed dates and targetsSolid experience and proven skills in new product introduction process.Familiar with ISO9001, Six Sigma, 8D, PPAP, Lean production.Excellent communication skillsFamiliar in office softwareFluent in both spoken and written English.
