Product Support Officer: BDO Network Bank - Davao City

Duties and Responsibilities:     Provide technical support to the Product Support Head.     Periodically submits reports to CBNG Admin and ensures accuracy and completeness of the reports.     Provides support to branches in processing Financial Inclusion related requisition.        Ensures the department's compliance to the Bank's policies and regulations, AMLA, etc. Minimum Requirements:Graduate of a Bachelor's degree, preferably a business coursePreferably with at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank Highly proficient in computer and business applicationsEffective Presentation and Negotiation SkillsEffective interpersonal and people management skillsGood problem solving and numerical skillsWith good oral and written communication skillsMust be a resident of, or willing to be assigned in Davao City
