Remittance Officer - BDO Private Bank

Job Summary:

Responsible for the processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions to/ from client’s settlement accounts/Deposits via branch/inward/outward remittances based on submitted documents  

Responsibilities: 

Process transfers / deposits via Branch; in/ outward remittances. Deposit and withdrawal upload transactions based on submitted source documents Update and release reports pertaining to document deficiencies Update and release reports pertaining to float/reconcilement items Prepare/Generate transaction confirmations for sending to clients Perform end of day activities to ensure that all transactions for the day are processed accurately and on time Update and maintain reports / files needed for monitoring, reconciliation and investigation purposesSafekeep and maintain transaction documents and files for efficient retrieval for future audit  or investigation requirements 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree graduateAt least two years experience in Bank operations in the areas of processing and settlements and client servicingGood oral and written communication skillsMust be willing to work ON-SITE in MAKATI
