JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the verification of applicant's information/data for customer loan.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES;

Receive, observe and process information received from all relevant sourcesVerify from both internal and external databases and sources to confirm customer information and in order to proceed with the application.Update/record verified information or data which may include compiling, coding, calculating, tagging, etc.Recommend whether application should be cancelled/rejected due to missing information or will proceed with application to the next stage.Escalate/coordinate with superior identified issues or deviation on standard policies, processes and systems.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

At least Graduate of any business-related courseGood in oral, written communication and listening skillsLoan and/or Credit evaluation or assessment skillsAnalytical, possesses a sound/solid recommendation skillsKnowledgeable to any credit evaluation and assessment processesCustomer oriented and result driven, team player, willing to learn and apply learning techniques, trustworthy and keen to detailsAbility to work under pressure, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, keep confidential information in confidence, observant and keen to detailsComputer proficiency with good typing skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office
