职位描述
The role requires strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
The role is also expected to have regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance and other functions/business.
Duties include, but are not limited to;
Set-up and maintenance of bookkeeping and office systemsManagement reporting and analysisManagement of cash flowDebtors and creditors managementBank ReconciliationPayrollSuperannuation reportingBAS and IAS preparationPayroll Tax preparation and lodgementWorkers Compensation reportingSystem upgradesResearch and development of systemsKeeping up to date with changes in the industryReconciling the bank accounts and requesting missing documentsEntering invoices/receipts to the bookkeeping softwarePrepare monthly accounts for clientsReview the profit and loss and balance sheet for irregularities and ensuring it is in line with expectations of the clientPrepare and enter budgets in the client softwarePerform administrative tasks as directed by office managerRead and understand a wide variety of documents and know where to file themThe candidate must:
Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field Have a strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero and MYOBPossess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Accounting Technology or anything relatedHave a strong IT, Microsoft Office and “add on” knowledge Be able to work to deadlinesBe highly motivated, have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyHave outstanding reading comprehensionBe organized, goal-driven and results orientedHave excellent English written and oral communication skill公司介绍
