Full Cycle Accountant | Permanent WFH | HMO Day 1 | Night Shift

Reports to: Director of Finance

Responsibilities:

FP&A

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statementsDevelop and update financial models with actuals, assist with variance analysis, find and communicate insights on material variances, and forecast future performanceReconcile sales transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies within the ERPData cleansing, ensuring we have a unified source of truthPartner closely with accounting to ensure all financial information is accurate

Accounting

Month-end reconciliations including bank, credit card, balance sheet, and other working papersServicing support tickets through Zendesk, requesting approvals for authorization of payablesProcessing all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including preparation of weekly payment runFiling monthly tax remittancesYear-end audit support, liaise with external auditors, respond to requests

·      Intercompany journal entries

Your experience and qualifications:

·      2-5 years of FP&A and/or full cycle accounting experience

·      Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

·      The capacity to work autonomously and as a member of a team

·      Ability to challenge existing process and suggest improvements

·      Is dependable, honest, a team player, and takes pride in their work

·       Proficient in accounting software, excel, and ability to collaborate over Slack and Zoom

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
