Spend Accounting Associate (BSA Graduate)

Job Description:

Processing of all Non-PO based transactions: Payroll, Gasoline Fleet Expenses, Professional/Contractors services, Insurance expenses, Government mandatory contributions and payments, etc. Processing of Employee-related expenses such as reimbursements, cash advances and liquidations.Processing of PO-related transactions.Intercompany reconciliation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet AccountsPreparation of monthly lead schedule reports and other AP reports.Handling vendor concerns

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy preferably CPA but not required.Must have at least 1-year experience in accounting, preferably with background in Accounts Payable.Proficient in MS ApplicationsFull-Time position(s) available.
