Ensure an effective recruitment process by way of best practice End to end recruitment processWork with the campaign to streamline the recruitment processConducts calibration meeting with clientOn boarding HR and Recruitment reporting

Admin and Engagement

Design and implement an employee engagement strategy that cultivates a positive, open and innovative cultureCoordinate and manage employee-focused meetings and eventsEstablish standardized procedures, track outcomes and identify areas of opportunity for future events/activitiesPromote culture initiatives and volunteerismPartner with all departments and levels to ensure we’re creating the right experiences for employees at every step of their journeyLeverage internal and external data to provide deep analysis and insightEarn trust with key stakeholders across Operations, HR and Communications by diving deep into business challenges and partnering on solutions

What you’ll bring in: 

Proven working experience as HR Generalist or equivalent in a BPO Set Up for at least 2 yearsPeople-oriented and results-drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best PracticesDegree in Human Resources or related field
