Take calls from potential clients and send quotation and provide documents as requestedOrder Management, Prepare/Send Quotation, Prepare Purchase Order and Monitor status of order (ETA, delays or issues)Bidding and Negotiation of prices with suppliersKeep clients updated regarding the status of their orders and appointmentsGeneral Data EntryGenerate and extract data for reporting on a daily basis.Other tasks assigned by superior
