Project HR Associate (BGC, Taguig)

Monitor time and attendance of all employees.Maintain a complete and accurate file of all project employees.Verify and check employees’ timecards and encode the same in payroll system.Prepare appropriate notices to workers concerning their employment contracts.Prepare payroll summary of all workers.Prepare monthly report of manpower movement in the project site.Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, TaguigWilling to work on siteSchedule is Monday to Saturday1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
