Production Associate for Clothing Industry | Night Shift | Temp WFH (Makati Site)

EMAPTA is looking for stellar Production Associate for a clothing business for a temporary work from home setup until further notice but once required to report on-site, the work location will be at our Ayala, Makati office. Candidates must be amenable to work on night work schedule.

Job Description:

With approval of CEO, call vendors to check availability of garments and ordering inventoryMonitor Technical Analysis reportSupport Operations/Production team in execution of his/her work in planning and managementCall customers for order clarification and resolving issues as neededCall vendors to schedule printing slotsMonitor inventory in Apparel Magic (A.M) and place supply ordersReceive finished goods and raw materials in A.M.Create Purchase Orders based on orders receivedSend Purchase Orders to vendorsProvide tech packs to vendorsAdhere to production calendarProvide tracking details to team on shipments (UPS/FedEx/ DHL)Work with oversea team on production and delivery timelinesMaintaining company database up to date as neededUndertake daily day to day management of different projects, orders, and streamline with company goalsTroubleshoot problems and issues as they relate to daily operational/Production activitiesTracking and managing deliveries of incoming/ outgoing inventoryProcess orders from Brandboom, and run “need to buy report” in Apparel MagicUse systems as Apparel Magic, Brandboom, Asana to manage on going tasksUpload product photo to Apparel Magic and update BOM as needed.Assist other company departments as needed and ensure smooth daily operations.Invoicing and calling customers for payments as necessarySupport accounting team as necessaryShopify/Apparel Magic Inventory ManagementShopify website and order MaintenanceProcess orders from Brandboom, and Shopify and ordering raw materials based on orders receivedUse systems as Apparel Magic, Brandboom, Asana, and Xero to manage on going tasks and projects.Run need to buy report on Appparel Magic and creating Pivot Tables to order needed

Qualifications:

Has at least a basic knowledge of lab dips/knitsHas an understanding of how apparel production worksProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a people person with positive attitudeOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detailsAbility to prioritize tasksAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentAbility to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneouslySelf-motivated, self-starter, requires minimum supervision to do daily tasks
