JOB SUMMARY

To provide support to the Financial Institution team in line with the following functions:

Accounts ServicingSoliciting new business from assigned institutional partners.Administrative assistance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Acquisition and Development

Assists Financial Institution team in soliciting new business from assigned banks to contribute to the department 's new business target.

Business Retention

Coordinates with the concerned line departments and ensures that the preparation of expiry list, renewal notices/policies, confirmation of cover are within the agreed service level agreement.Attends and responds to existing and/or prospective agents in relation to their queries, insurance coverage concerns and claims, if any.

Accounts Servicing

Assists the Financial Institution team in gathering underwriting details required for the preparation of proposals.Coordinates with the line department for any requests for risk inspection coming from the clients.Prepares proposal for simple accounts, secures approval and releases them to assigned agencies/agentsFollows up on the acceptance of proposals.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree courseProficient in the use of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPointWith above average English communication skills.With at least 1 year of related work experience.
