Business Analyst (Shared Services)

This is for a direct hire and permanent position.

Job Summary

  The Business Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing standard reports and in-depth analysis of data to help identify trends, opportunities and solutions based on the analysis. The role will cover the following functions: General Ledger, Treasury and Reporting (R2R), Accounts Payable and Payments (P2P), and Accounts Receivable (O2C).

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and implementing standard reports, transactional billing templates and in-depth analysis of data to help identify trends, opportunities and solutions based on the analysisDevelop and implement business standard reports using methods in data mining, trend analysis and modeling; in-depth analysis of data using data analytics methodsCollaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needsTake part of the development and enhancement of standard reporting models to translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and act as an interface with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of end-user reporting solutionsDevelop relevant KPIs to measure performance and address business requirementsUnderstands and extracts relevant information from complex data relationships and develops reports to enable the effective use of the resulting analysisProvides training support for the use of new reports and toolsCollaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Has at least 3 years of working experience in the relevant field from a Shared Services industryProficient in Finance & Accounting and reportingMust be knowledgeable in data analysis, data verification, data mining, and reporting tools, with excellent knowledge of databases and data warehouse structuresMust be proficient in VB, PowerBI, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, VisioMust be flexible to work on a midshift schedule in BGC, Taguig (Hybrid work setup)Can start ASAPFull-time position available
