Retail Sales Manager - Mabalacat Store - Urgent Hiring

Responsibilities:

Assemble a team of sales consultants and create programs to exercise selling beyond set targets while creating positive customer experiences.Manage monthly sales performance and reports for weekly branch meetings.Address customer complaints immediately, accept constructive criticism and make necessary improvements.Mentor and manage sales consultants to ensure individual targets are achieved.Achieve set sales targets, inform customers of new arrivals and promotions, manage floor areas of responsibility ensuring stocks are neatly organized on proper fixtures with appropriate signage.Ensure proper replenishments of goods on the selling floor.If stocks are not available in store, search in other branches and affiliates.Maintain the sales pipeline and monitor closed and pending deals. Escalate to management immediate feedback from customers and areas for improvement within retail stores.

Qualifications:

5+ Years in combined sales and management experience.Proven track record to achieve target sales.Excellent leadership skills, is professional, has ability to observe, evaluate, and give constructive feedback.Strong analytical skills, must have an existing network of clients.Has an energetic, proactive, and reliable personality.Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.Able to work without supervision.Willing to be assigned in HMR Mabalacat branchStore Address: Mc.
