JOB DEscriptION:

Overall Operations - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of store branches.Process Improvement - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.Resource Planning - Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.Responsible for planning, development and implementation of operational strategies to ensure business viability.Production - Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage products per branch. Sales, Marketing and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.Prepares regular high quality updates and business report to be shared with senior management

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.At least 5 years of working experience in store operations handling multiple branches (nationwide)Strong interpersonal skills in managing team and clientsWilling to do local travels and visit storesSolid analytical, organizational skillsCan start ASAP
