Job Description:

Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO and SEM, marketing database management and CRM, email nurturing, social media and/or display advertising campaignsEnsure that Measurement tools are in place. Regularly monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - monthlyPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsevaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages that included UI/UXUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsCollaborate with possible partnership with celebrities and/or KOLs

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree GraduateHas at least 5 years solid experience in digital marketing/community planning, formulation, and execution, agency/brand marketing related role Strong Problem Solving and Project Management SkillsCrisis Management skills is a plusGoogle certification and/or Facebook or meta certification is a plusGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixels and any other tracking toolsCan work independently with minimal supervisionWilling to work onsite (Megamall)
