Job Description:

Managing daily operations such as hiring and training employees, scheduling shifts, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining relationships with suppliersRecruiting, hiring, and training new employees to meet the store’s staffing needsCommunicating with vendors to identify new trends in jewelry styles and materialsConducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.Ensuring that all merchandise is priced accurately and appropriately labeledProviding customers with product knowledge and advice on jewelry selection in order to help them make informed buying decisionsEstablishing and enforcing rules and policies regarding employee conduct and store operations in order to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with the lawMaintaining relationships with other businesses, including other jewelry stores, manufacturers, suppliers, and gemologists, to keep up with industry trends and developmentsCollaborates with other branch managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed.

Job Requirements:

Has at least 3 years solid experience in store/branch managementBachelor's Degree in business management or a related field.Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practicesAbility to meet sales targets and production goalsFamiliarity with industry’s rules and regulationsExcellent organizational skills.Ability to strategize and plan ahead.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent leadership and management skills.Availability to work flexible shifts, willing to work during weekendswilling to be assigned within Pasig or Mandaluyong branches
