Governance, Risk and Control Manager

As a Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) manager, you will be responsible for pioneering to the development and implementation of a Group-wide internal control framework within critical risk areas in close cooperation with CFO, Head of Finance and Accounting Shared Service, Finance Business Partners and Finance Process Leads.

Create and Design the Internal control framework within the Finance and Accounting team which includes the creation of necessary 2Go Group wide policiesCascade and Implementation of internal controls to ensure complianceIdentify key business process, fraud, and financial reporting risks and Designing the effectiveness assessment of relevant controls covering all Group business units to ensure consistency across the 2Go GroupContribute to the development of comprehensive and transparent reporting on the effectiveness of the internal control environment and the closing of control deficienciesDrive the continuous development of the internal controls culture in the first line of defense (1st LoD), including developing and implementing tools for best practice sharing and training to ensure that the 1st line of defense understand and exercise an effective internal control environment
