Air Pricing Manager

JOB DEscriptIonThis position is responsible for consolidation and submission of bids which includes operational handling and management of RFQ/RFP’s and RFI’s.Coordinate and communicate with different business units to obtain transportation price (Air, Ocean, Land, and Brokerage).Provide pricing analysis supported by historical and statistical data to concerned business units for review and approval before tender management.Communicate and coordinate closely with PM Air of our Regional Head office to ensure all RFQ requirements are clear prior to review and approval by respective Business Units.Meet the KPI set by the management focusing in Quality and Timeliness of RFQ.Act as a custodian in maintaining and consolidating all RFQ file and SOP’s in Schenker database.Ensure that all won RFQ’s specifically for price and service requirements are cascaded to the Business Units for proper implementation.Provide the Director of Business Development and concerned Business Units with a RFQ quarterly update report. SKILLS REQUIREDExcellent Communication Skills both oral and written.Proficient in MS Office ApplicationsCustomer and Service OrientationTechnical/ Business AcumenTechnology ManagementCommercial ManagementSales and Marketing SkillsFreight and Logistics Operations UnderstandingContracting and ProcurementPartnering and Relationship BuildingProblem SolvingTeamwork and CooperationEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIonSCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related business, engineering, or accounting course.Preferably at least 3-5 years of working experience in a Logistics and Freight Forwarding Company.Possesses excellent presentation skills and sound ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.Advance knowledge and high proficiency in using MS Excel is an advantage.
