Inbound Encoder

The Inbound Encoder is responsible for encoding and recording all logistics-related transactions in the database to ensure an accurate inventory of materials and other clerical tasks needed.

Transfer posting of materials from production storage locationsChecks actual inventory versus system-generated inventory reportFiles important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future referenceComplies with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor's degree course in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science or any related coursesAt least 1 year of experience in on-line encoding, preferably in a Logistics and/or Distribution environmentBasic to advance computer skills (in Microsoft Office applications, advanced in MS Excel)Good organization skillsGood eye for detail, especially on data entry and information analysisGood problem-solving skillsGood written and oral communication skills
