Job Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree of any Behavioral Arts / Science courseWith experience in training and development, has extensive knowledge in conducting training needs analysis, design and development of training programs and adept at facilitating classroom and virtual trainingWith theoretical and practical knowledge of the Adult Learning PrinciplesWith knowledge of training program design and development methodologies, and application of tools and techniques Must have the ability to break down complex problems and provide alternative solutions.Must have the ability to embrace change and work comfortably in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, matrix environment.Must be capable of expressing him/herself clearly and succinctly in speech and writing - communicating in a focused and compelling way that captures and holds others’ attention.Flexible, with very good communication, presentation, consulting, data analysis and problem-solving and decision-making skillsMust be a resident of, or willing to be based in Davao City.
